    If you are an Office administrator in your organization, the Admin Help center is the place to start: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/?view=o365-worldwide.

    On the other hand, if you are running a "home use" version such as Microsoft 365 Personal, you can access chat via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

    There is a third option, of course: you can ask a specific question in this forum.
