How Many User Can I Add in Microsoft 365 Standard Paid Version and How much storage I can Allocate to Guest user or Normal User Who is not Admin ?

Hi There

Hope You are well , I have some quaries on Microsoft 365 standard Paid Version.

  1. I am using Microsoft 365 standard trial version and getting 25 user which is said 300 user if I go on paid . How will I get access to add 300 user when I go on full paid version ?
  2. Need to clearify about One Drive Storage Allocation to Admin, normal User or Guest User . How much storage I can distribute to admin or Normal user or Guest user from 5024 GB Total .

    Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

    1 - After the payment, you get the full experience in your admin center, you just have to add new users until you reach 300 users.

    2 - 1 TB of OneDrive storage for file storage and sharing per user

    Actually I need a clearification on One Drive Storage Distribution process to multiple Employees .

    I am already using Microsoft 365 Business Standard Trial version https://signup.microsoft.com/create-account/signup?OfferId=b8223c6c-5717-4564-8ed1-a46bf9b0e30a&products=cfq7ttc0k5j7:0004&culture=en-us&country=bd&ali=1

    I need to clearify the following queries

    1. The space which I am getting with the pacakge , I want to distribute it specifilcally to my employess as if a user can't accede the allocated storage. i.e. Suppose I have 1 TB space as an admin , and I have 20 employees . Now I want to allocate Total 1 TB to my 20 Employees specifically .
    2. Is that process avaiable to this package , if not, what is the distribution process to allocate specifically ?

    I Hope you are well.

    Could you please provide me the link to the document with the 5TB, so that I understand why you want to limit your users to 30GB you see there is already a set of limitations like I mentioned in my previous reply each user gets 1TB. and that's for 300 users. so if I see the article you have it will help me know if I missed something. adding to that, different feature have limitations which already excide the 30 GB you want to allocate them.

    I need another clarification that , I have more 70 Employees and want to distribute total 5 TB storage to 70 User or more ,

    Now I need to know is it possible to distribute ??

    If Not What is distribution process to multiple user from Total 5 TB Storage

    If I allocate only 30 GB to Per user , is it possible ??
