I use Office 2013 on Windows 8.1. When I open an Excel file, this message is showing "Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications"(Image File). **** I already uninstall the office program and reinstall Office 2013.  But after some days same message showing again.  This message showing every day at once. When I close Excel tab from the task manager, then re-opens those Excel files, those messages don't show on that day.  But next day, same message is shown.  What can I do now?

    You dont uninstall/reinstall, you repair

Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify/Repair, once the repair completes re-test

And the following day after  starting the PC if you then hold the ctrl key when starting Excel, to force safe mode, does the problem then re-occur?

Before uninstall/reinstall, I also repair the Office program and restart the PC. When same problem occurs, then I uninstall/reinstall the Office. But same message shown in opening excel file. Interesting thing is- this message shown once a day and not daily, randomly.
