How do we update the Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel with the Monserrat and Lora fonts

using an HP laptop and Macbook Air?

    By creating a font theme. Here's how to do that on a Mac:

    OOXML Hacking: Font Themes

    It's possible to use TextEdit if you're careful, but it's easier if you use the free version of BBEdit.
