Where is Documents folder in Android device?

I have just installed Excel for Android. When it tries to open a file, the first position listed is "Documents". But I don't know where this folder is in Android. It is visible in Android's File Manager but I cannot see it in Windows's Windows Explorer. It should appear between DCIM and Downloads folder but I just cannot see it in Windows Explorer. Can you tell me where the "Documents" is (or how I can navigate to it in a Windows PC)? Thanks.

According to my experience with incapable tech supporters, "clear cache and restart your machine" is equivalent to say "I don't know how to answer your question". If you ask me to clear cache and reboot, prove with tangible evidence first that my question is related to cache and reboot.

PS, let me ask you again, have you tried on your side first? If not, stop replying me.

No, it doesn't work. Try on your android first before haste to answer me.

    Hi Zhou,

I apologize if the above suggestion didn't work. Have you tried clearing the data and cache for your android's external storage and media storage? To do this, go to Settings > Apps > System apps > find "external storage" and "media storage" > clear data and cache for them. Restart your device, connect it again to your PC and verify the result. Let me know how it goes.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi Zhou!

I'm Jen, an independent advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

Try to check if the folder is hidden. Click on View > check the box next to "Hidden Items" and see if the document folder shows up. Let me know if this works.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'd be glad to assist you further.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)
