I have problem, I had pixel on shape when I drew shape in Powerpoint and another app like Microsoft word, How I fix it?

I should use this for make presentation, Please help me.

    In PowerPoint, choose File>Options>Advanced, then scroll down to the Display section and check any options there that mention hardware graphics acceleration.

    You can also try visiting the web site of your computer manufacturer to see if they have a recent video driver update for your model.

    I try to fix follow your suggested too, but It's not change.

    but Its change when I click slide show. when I click slide show Its don't have pixel like pic below

    thank you and I will go to check my laptop soon after covid 19 ended.

    Hi Nalinthip，

    We tested at our end in different versions of Office, we can't reproduce this same issue at our end.

    You also mentioned that the same issue will happen to other Office apps like Word.

    I would like to suggest you try to online repair Office. Please follow the steps in this article : Repair an Office application - Office Support (microsoft.com)

    In the meantime, you can try to enable “Disable hardware graphics acceleration” in PowerPoint-Options-Advanced. If it won’t fix this issue, please provide the screenshot of Office product information page and we will try our best to help you.
