Response receipts

Hello,

I am creating my first ever Form and I was wondering about the'' Response receipts'' option.

If I check ''Allow receipt of responses after submission'', will they get an email with their submission?

Or the print/PDF is the only option available?

    Hi, Ofir,

    My name is Didi. I'm happy to help you today.

    I'm afraid only members of your organization can receive an email copy of responses under the setting 'Only members of your organization can respond' + 'Record Name is checked' as well as receipt of responses are allowed.

    Otherwise, despite having a full MS Office set up, they won't receive an email copy unless they're members (excluding guests) of your organization.

    Yes, when you enable "Allow receipt of responses after submission'' the users will receive confirmation emails containing a link that will allow them to print a copy of their responses.

    not, if you need that people out side the organization answer the form, you need to keep that unchecked.

    So now I understand why they didn't get the confirmation email:

    Note: Email confirmation receipt is only available when your respondents belong to your organization and you've checked Record Name in More form settings More options button > Settings > Only people in my organization can respond.

    This cannot be arranged if the form is open for everyone, right?
