Hello!

If I get this error here it means that the guys should change the permissions on the form. Is that right?

Thank You,

Martin

    Hi Martin,

Thank you for querying in this forum.

According to your description, it seems like you get a sharing link of a form, when you try to access it, it asks you to sign in, but when you enter your account, it shows the error message which says you cannot sign in with a personal account, you need to use work or school account.

May I know if my understanding of the scenario is right?

If yes, I guess the form's owner shared the link by using the sharing link type "Only people in my organization can respond" or "Specific people in my organization can respond". These kind of links will require to use a work or school account to sign in and access the form.

Your understanding is right. If you don't have the form owner organization's work or school account, I suggest you contact the owner and let him create a "Anyone can respond" link for you (as shown below), then when you access the link, the form will open directly.

Here is an article for reference: Choose who can fill out a form or quiz

If I misunderstand the scenario, feel free to post back and let me know. I will continue trying best to help you.

Hope you have a nice day and stay safe!

    Best Regards,

    Tina
