I belong to an organisation that has a Sharepoint site.

All of a sudden the Outlook function has disappeared.

How do I get back to the original settings?

It turns out we paid our licence fee but for some reason it wasn't processed so we were b;locked.

As of today we are up and running again.

Our Charity Secretary is having far too many conversations with Microsft about this issue.

    For now it is resolved.

    Thanks.

    Hi Andy,

Thank you for posting back and sharing with us the detailed information.

According to the screenshots, it seems like you don’t have SharePoint license, Office for the web license and Exchange license, this could be the reason of the issues.

I suggest you firstly go to your account's Subscriptions page, check if you have those licenses.

If you don’t have, I recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 admin to get the licenses.

For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin

    Appreciate your time and effort.

    Best Regards,

    Tina

    Hello, Tina.

I am part of a charity committee that acceses datavia Office 365 through a Sharpoint site.

Up to a couple of weeks ago I could access the e-mail function through 365 Outlook on this sharepoint site.

Now, for whatever reason I can't.

We have paid our licence fee recently so are completely legal.

My address via this portal is AndyD@***.onmicrosft.com

I know I have e-mails to access but cannot get to them.

I have added the above account to my normal, desktop, Outlook but when I try to access it I get this message:

    Image

This is a screenshot of my Office 365 page:

You can see, none of the Office 365 programs are available. (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook etc.)

    Hi Andy,

    Welcome to community.

To better understand the situation and help you, may I know what is the "Outlook function" in SharePoint site?

Where is it? Is it in list or library? You may also share some screenshots to describe the location where the Outlook function is before it disappears.

Thanks for your patience and effort.

    Best Regards,

    Tina
