In Word I can translate an entire document to a different language, but I'm unable to figure out how to do this in Excel. I can do it one cell at a time, but it would take hours to translate a large spreadsheet. Any ideas?

    Hi KevinTL622,

From your post, I understand you want to translate entire worksheet at once.  The Translate feature can translate an entire Word doc at one time but when it comes to Excel, it can translate cell by cell only.

In Excel, it translates only the cell that is currently selected. Translating a whole file, this feature in available only in Word.

I agree, it would be great and convenient if we can translate an entire sheet, in this regard, please consider clicking File>Feedback (or click Help>Feedback on the ribbon) in your Excel app to send feedback directly to Product Team. This will have more impact on the Product Group as the feedback is directly coming from the customer.

    Thanks for understanding.

    With sincerest regards,

    Neha
