Microsoft Forms with SQL Server

Hi

Our organisaiton wants to eliminate Excel workbooks flying around the organisation and to reduce the amount of data that is captured on these.  Ideally we want an easy way of capturing information without having to write a web form.  We think Microsoft Forms is the way to go but we want the results to be stored in SQL Server.  Is this available as part of the free version of 365?  Can anyone give me some guidance please?

According to your description, I can understand that you want to store the Microsoft Forms responses in SQL database.
