I am Thomas Ednie and my wife is Gillian Ednie I subscribed to Microsoft and recently my Email Cached.

I send my issue to Microsoft and the response has nothing to do with my question. This is very frustrating as my issue still goes unresolved. I cannot contact a human nor have one call me back .

Again I need to see what bank is being charged for this service and when my subscription is up.???

This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I will expect a call . If not explain why you cannot call to help me with my issue.

If you're using Microsoft 365 for Home (Family/Personal) and are using a Microsoft account, to change your Microsoft account from Gmail to Hotmail, please open an inPrivate browser window and refer to Change the email address or phone number for your Microsoft account to change your email address.

To launch an inPrivate browser window, see reference on Browse InPrivate in Microsoft Edge.

To check the expiration date, see Find out when your Microsoft 365 subscription expires - Office Support.

And the support can be accessed via contact support.

Note that if you have purchased a new subscription and associated it with a different account (from that of your previous subscription), the easiest solution would be to just let the old subscription expire.

Remember that you will have to download any files saved to your old OneDrive so that you can upload them to the OneDrive account for the new subscription.

You can access your subscription information through the associated account. For example, if your subscription is associated with a Hotmail account, make use of the e-mail address and password for that account when you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services. You can also cancel your subscription there, if you wish.

If you are saying that you want to use a different e-mail address for your account/your subscription, nobody in this user-to-user forum will be able to help. You can try support at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

Are you referring to the email address associated with your MS Account
