How to download office 2016 (Mac OS)

Purchased office 365 to learn after downloading that my computer OS cannot run it. How do I get Office 2016?

You can download an earlier version of Office 2016 for Mac from this page: Office 2016 for Mac. Scroll down to the section titled Options for reverting to 32-bit installations to find the link.

    Not to be critical, simply to explain... Mac Office 2016 is discontinued, unsupported product so it no longer is supplied by legitimate sources.

    Additionally, the only versions of macOS (OS X 10.10.x-10.13.x) which require it no longer are supported by Apple.

    If you purchased 365 from MS use the MS refunds policy to obtain a refund

    MS only sells O2019 or 365 products
