Wrap Text Has Suddenly Stopped Working In Excel

I'm doing a research project where I'm collecting information about research done using ontologies on the Covid-19 Pandemic. I have a spreadsheet I'm using to collect info about various papers and projects. For some reason Wrap Text seems to have stopped working in new cells, or at least some of them. Check cell 22A. The formatting for the whole column is Wrap Text. The text is "Managing COVID-19 Crisis using C3HIS Ontology" but rather than wrap all I see displayed is the last part of the text left justified: "C3HIS Ontology" . Also, check cells 21-22K. The text is: "Description Logic.. further doubt or thought." I left out a lot because it is very long but again all that shows up is some text, this time from the middle with no wrapping. I thought it might be something weird about that row so I copied and pasted into the rows below but same behavior. I also thought it might be something weird about the specific text so I copied from cell K20 (which wraps correctly) to cell K23 and got the same behavior. Also, I noticed in the Google drive preview it looks correct but I tried downloading the file and then opening it in Excel and it still has the problem.

    I downloaded your file and saw your issue, you can take a look in this article from microsoft who explai how to autofill the row height. Your file need to auto adjust teh height of the line, when you left the wrap text the text goes right.

    1. It is good practice to "clean" imported data before using it in Excel.

    Try best-fitting the rows. The Wrap Text will work but it will wrap based on column K which has a "lot" more text.
