Even though you've put in a new black cartridge, no black will print if that nozzle is clogged or blocked. Most printers have some way to print a test page that will show each color separately. You may find this in the Printing Preferences dialog, such as this one from a Canon printer:

If the other color patterns print properly but the one for black is blank, you need to run the cleaning or deep cleaning steps, maybe several times, to remove the clog.

The first thing to check is if you can see the document content in the preview at File > Print.

Is text missing or are images missing? Or both?

By default, Word uses "Automatic" for text color, which means black text on a white background.

Try explicitly setting the text color to "Black" and see if that overcomes the issue.

In the doc is this with File>Print?

Does that then show the preview?

Are the printer settings set as required?

Have you installed the full feature software from the printer maker, and if so does its diagnostics show any problems?

    FWIW

Support for Office 2007 ended October 2017 and for 2010 Oct 2020, and at those times the backup install was removed from MS Site, and updates of any type ceased.
