Unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account

Anonymous

I realized the multiple withdrawal from my checking account, total of nearly $200. All dated on 11/26/2021.

The description shows "Recurring Withdrawal at ATM - #133026135110 BP Microsoft*Store msbill.info WA".

I haven't purchased anything from Microsoft. Please investigate the cause, resolve it and refund me.

Best,

H.T

Hi Hidehuru. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

You've reached Microsoft Community forums, where other users try to help with problems.

To investigate a billing charge from Microsoft follow these steps:

    Hi again Hideharu -

As I explained you are in the Microsoft Community forums. We don't have access to any accounts or billing information, we are other uses just like you trying to help.

If the resource I gave you to investigate a billing charge doesn't help, then I would Contact Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/help/4051701/glob... or at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus Choose Get Help, then Contact Us toward the bottom, then answer Yes you can Sign In, then Select Product: Windows, then tell the Issue, it should offer Messaging and/or a Call Back on week days.

At the same time you can contact your bank and dispute the charge to protect yourself on that end. If you didn't make the charge, most banks will protect you.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Please report back results for all steps given so I know what else to suggest if necessary.

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for your prompt response.

I followed "How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft" and nothing found. Again, I haven't purchased or subscribed anything from Microsoft. Please investigate what those are, resolve the cause and refund.

    Thanks,

    Hideharu
