    Hi Suzie

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Open the PDF in Edge or your preferred PDF viewer.

    Choose to print that file

Set the printer to 'Microsoft Print to PDF'

Choose to only print that one page, then provide a name and location for the new PDF file

That will create a new PDF with only that one page

    Hi SoosieSQ

What application are you printing that PDF from?

Usually when you choose Print, on the Print Preview page, there will be a drop down menu to select a printer and there you will find the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' printer:

Thanks, Dave. But how do I set the printer to 'Microsoft Print to PDF? I have just been to Printer Settings and have found the relevant page but I can't see how to activate this instruction. I use an HP desktop and printer purchased last year. Suzie
