Microsoft To Do desktop version missing "Pick a Category" option

I can see the option on the web version but it's missing on the desktop version.

This is a super important feature to sort tasks

I'm using Version 2.60 (211216.1054) on a Mac

Thank you for your time!

I've confirmed on my Mac machine that there's the "Pick a Category" option via To-do web client, while there's none in the To-do desktop client on Mac. I've further tested and confirmed that you may access this feature by using Tasks in the Outlook for Mac desktop client.
