Are the keys physically sticky, or are they just behaving as if the keys are being held down?
If some of the keys stick and others don't, it's likely that something has gotten inside and gummed up the works. First try holding the keyboard (or the laptop, if that's what you have) face-down over some white paper and gently tap on the back to shake out crumbs. If that hasn't helped, get some keyboard cleaner such as https://www.amazon.com/BW-100-Nonflammable-Electronic-Contact-Upsidedown/dp/B07FNBW47M to try to flush out the gunk.
If it's all the keys, it's more likely that you've accidentally activated the Windows feature called Sticky Keys.
Go to Start > Settings > Ease of Access and turn it off, and be sure to clear the check box about allowing the shortcut.
