I regret to inform you that Project for the Web currently has no option to export a project to a Microsoft Project desktop file (.MPP file). You can currently IMPORT a project from a Microsoft Project file into Project for the Web, but you cannot EXPORT a Project for the Web project to a Microsoft Project file. Sorry, but hope this helps.
