Hi David, Microsoft are not very helpful with what to do re installing Office. They are very good at collecting cash. Rant over. If you have installed Office from the Office Account (you have), then if you type>Word (in the Windows 10 search box). You should see the Word App>Right click on it>Choose>Pin to Start/taskbar. You can do the same for the other Apps. See Video: Find your Office apps on Windows 10 (microsoft.com) its for earlier version but much the same.

Hello Palcouk. I did not find a 2021 H&S group, so I wasn't sure where to post. This is very frustrating. I need to be able to manage my documents from my desktop. I purchased Office Home & Student 2021 on October 5, 2021. I purchased it from https://account.microsoft.com/services and installed it from the link that they sent following the purchase. I am not sure what the problem is or what my options are, at this point, but I need to be able to manage my documents from my desktop. I would appreciate any guidance that you could give.

David, If you purchased it from Microsoft? How did you install your Office 2021. You need to install Office 2021 from the Office Account at at: https://account.microsoft.com/services  You need to sign in with the same Microsoft Account that you used to purchase your Office. Signing in activates Office.

If you purchased/installed 2021 H&S why then post to a 365 group????????
