There really isn't any practical way to do that. It might work is you are both using the same Exchange server and the recipient has not yet read the message. If these conditions are in effect, then open Sent Items, open the message you want to recall by double-clicking it, then in the Message tab, click Actions>Recall this Message. If, however, you and your recipient use different mail services or one if you doesn't use Exchange, there's no way to recall a message.
