One time use form link?

Hello! Is there a way to limit the access to the link to a form? Example: multiple people can share a link that is sent out and submit answers to a questionnaire that they have not been asked to answer. Also one person can use the link multiple times and submit answers over and over. Can this be limited?

I wish there was a link that could be used only once when provided!

Thank you

Dear Mariangela,

Thanks for your support of our products.

We understand you want to share a form link that the user can only submit once when it is shared.

We can set the shared link as below:

Now the internal users can only respond to it once after signing in his work account. For your reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/adjust-your-form-or-quiz-settings-in-microsoft-forms-f255a4ba-e03c-4e12-b880-f7e8b62e0665

Please let us know if you have any further concerns.

Best Regards,

Ivy
