I am getting the error code 0x80131500 while trying to download only the Office 365 products which I subscribed.

This problem occured after I factory resetted my device, and now, the office I install says my product is unlicensed Mic. Office Proffesional Plus 2016...

I can't use my license for 365 subscription for any office products.

Any ideas?

I am using windows 11.

Hi Omer,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1

Use this tool from Microsoft to remove all remnants of any previous Office Installation:

https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC

Restart (not shut down) your PC

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and re-install Office from there

2

If that does not solve the problem, then you may need to follow the steps on the link below, in the Command Prompt section to remove an old Office Pro Plus licence key and then install 365.
