Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
To troubleshoot this issue, I have some questions to confirm with you:

To check if it is a client issue, please try to login in Teams web client and join Teams meeting to see if this issue can be reproduced. If there is no issue in Teams web client, you could try to clear Teams client cache file by following these steps:
- If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.
- Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.
- In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.
- Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
- Restart Teams.
