Please how can switch different layout orientations in one document?

Like having Pages 1 to 11 in portrait mode and pages 12 and 13 in landscape mode and the rest switched back to portrait?

First select the part that should be landscape. Then click the little arrow in the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group on the Layout ribbon, to open the Page Setup dialog box. Make sure that the "Apply to" box says "Selected text", click the Landscape button, and click OK.

Word will insert Next Page section breaks before and after the selected text, and it will set the page(s) between the breaks to landscape orientation.

If you use a header or footer in this document, and a page number or other text is aligned at the right margin, you'll need to insert an "alignment tab" to make that right aligned text go to the margin of the much wider landscape page. See https://www.techrepublic.com/blog/microsoft-office/use-word-2007s-new-alignment-tab-feature-to-align-text-with-margins/ for instructions.

    Cletus,

You will need sections to do this. Go to page 11 and position the cursor after the last word, click Layout tab and choose the break button, click on next page. That should bring you to section 2. Now go to the beginning of page 14 and do the same. You now have three sections.

Click in the text of section 2, so somewhere in page 12 or 13 and click the orientation button, choose landscape.

Another way would be to select the two pages 12 and 13 and click on the listarrow in the bottom right corner of the Page setup group of the Layout ribbon and on the margins tab choose landscape orientation and at the bottom choose apply to selected text.

    Thanks a lot, Jay,
    That worked!

First select the part that should be landscape. Then click the little arrow in the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group on the Layout ribbon, to open the Page Setup dialog box. Make sure that the "Apply to" box says "Selected text", click the Landscape button, and click OK.
