My PowerPoint presentation is corrupted and there's no way to open it

I've encountered another problem... I was making a PowerPoint presentation and when I was changing my song, my PC froze again and it froze while the presentation was saving and when I attempted to open it again, it won't open anymore. I have already dedicated so much time right after starting it and it got corrupted. I can't believe my own PC just corrupted the work I dedicated 5 hours to. There has to be a solution that works. I can't reuse the slides from the presentation, I can't open the file in safe mode, I can't open it in the browser, I can't open it as a themes file, I tested the file in another location, and every tutorial I go to in an attempt to fix my problem the author just goes on and recommends a random file scanning program like why do they have to be soooooo needy? No! I want a proper solution that doesn't bloat my PC...

I'm not sure why you believe there must be a way to rescue a corrupt file. If you have a deadline, you should get started on a replacement.

You can try making a copy to another folder. Add .zip to the file ending, then unzip the file. Look in the ppt/media folder for pictures and music you had placed in your file. Using a text editor like NotePad++, you can open each XML file in the ppt/slides folder and extract text, though it's a pokey process if you had applied lots of formatting to your text.

Here's my article about repairing documents. While this was written for Word, the techniques are similar for PowerPoint. There may be some tips that will help you salvage as much content as possible: OOXML Hacking: Document Repair

I tried some repair software too. All of them required pay, one hanged in the process, and one created a temporary clone of the file that couldn't be opened. There has to be something because I need to finish it by December 11th.

Seems like a great idea, but yeah… as you said in the start…

While this doesn't help with your current file, you can adopt a procedure used by computer professionals. Use Save As often, and give your file a new name whenever you make a significant change. Presentation01.pptx, Presentation02.pptx, Presentation03.pptx, etc. Then, when something goes wrong (it happens a lot!), you'll only have lost a little bit of work since your last Save As. When your file is complete, delete the intermediate work files. I haven't lost a file in 20 years. Give it a try!
