Hello,

I am trying to get a refund for the Document365 service. I contacted Kdan, and they stated I need to reach out through Microsoft. I was able to end the subscription, but nowhere do I see an option for a refund. Kdan is telling me that I need to complete the rebate through Microsoft. I want to get a straight answer than being pushed back and forth, please.

    Hi, AnthonyHesse.

You will need to request a refund from a Microsoft agent. Follow the steps below to chat with an agent.

    Go to the link below:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/expcon...

On the page that opens, follow the steps below:

    1. Enter the ''refund'' and click <Get Help>
    2. Click the <Contact Support> button at the bottom of the page
    3. Under Products and Services, select the option <Microsoft 365 and Office>.
    4. Under Category, select <Manage Subscription> and Confirm.
    5. Click "Talk to a support agent in your web browser"
    6. Confirm your Email and follow the steps. An agent will help you shortly.

→ If the link does not open, open it in a private browser window.

→ Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days.
