Microsoft 365 did an update and stated that 'We have a new look'. After the update was completed, all of my shortcuts have gone missing. How do I get them back?

Hi Candice. I am an Excel user like you.

I am assuming you are referring to the items in your quick access toolbar. If that is the case, go to File>Options>Quick Access Toolbar. At the bottom make sure that "Show Quick Access Toolbar" is checked and set the Toolbar Position to either above or below the ribbon.

    What "shortcuts"?

Are you talking about files in the "Recent" list in the file open dialog? ?
