Thank you for your response, but that didn't solve the problem.
recently and now, the mini toolbar helped me saving my time, but I think there are some options like "Style", "New comment", "Strikethrough", "Accept and move to Next" and "Accept", these are useless at toolbar (for me and maybe for most users) because toolbar is for options that the users are regularly and always use them, it's not practical to put options at mini toolbar that most users rarely or never use them, why there is no choice for users to made their own mini toolbar. It's better to have the functions and options that you use them always during the time you work on Word at the mini toolbar instead of going extremely up by mouse to use an option that you use always and then go back each time.

Mini toolbar is better than Drop-down menu (for me and maybe for other users) because mini toolbar is automatically appear when you select a text and you don't need to click right every time.. Drop-down menu is somehow complicated and you cannot use most functions on it directly because it will take you to another new window to apply and use these functions and options.

Why don't put this feature at the next update for ms Word

    History lesson:

    Image

When Windows (3.1) and Office first came out they gave users LOTS of options to "customize" stuff, like Windows display options and Office "menus"

    .

Back in the early 2000's MS decided too much user control caused too many support calls, to MS and to large business help desks. Problems that often turned out to be caused by intentional or "accidental", or forgotten "user customization.

    .

So, for Office 2007 they decided it would be an "improvement" <heavy sarcasm> to return to the "locked down", corporate control of the 1960s and the mainframe "green screen" user interface

    Image

( I spent many years looking at versions of this green screen ... )

So they eliminated the "menu" user interface and gave us the "wonderful" Ribbon user interface. Personally, my contempt for the ribbon knows no bounds. Yes, there are a few, very limited options to "customize" the ribbon. The replaced the unlimited menu customization with the QAT. Except in 2010/2013 the reduced that by about 30% by making the buttons "phatter" to be "user friendly" for tiny touch screens on smartphones. Totally ignoring the needs and wants of they huge desktop and laptop customer base.

    .

They are doing much the same thing in Windoze, constantly removing options from the old "Control Panel" when they <dis>"improve" it into the new "Settings" dialogs.

    .

You can ask MS to give us the option to edit/customize that context menu. But they simply won't. You might as well spit into the wind in a hurricane for all the satisfaction you will get from MS on this issue.

    .

Ahmed FYI: You don't have to repeat the exact same message multiple times. We all see every reply. In future it would be simpler to just add a line mentioning the names you want to pay attention to the reply, ie

Thank you for your response, but that didn't solve the problem.

Your screen shot appears to show the Mini Toolbar. (During development, this was referred to as the "minibar," but Microsoft rejected that as too flippant.) It cannot be edited, but you can choose whether to display it. The control is at File | Options | General: "Show Mini Toolbar on selection." It will appear whenever you select text, disappear when you move the mouse away from the selection--or you can dismiss it with ESC.

That is facetiously referred to as the floatie. There is no way of customizing it.
