Hello Krishnaprasad H G,

Thanks for querying in this forum.

We went through the post carefully. Since you post the question in SharePoint category, may I know that do you want to hide specific column for different users in a library/list in SharePoint Online?

If yes, as far as we know, we're afraid there is no out of box feature in SharePoint Online can hide column for different users in the same library or list. Very sorry it cannot meet your requirement. We do understand the inconvenience and apologize for it.

To address your concern, we sincerely recommend you send feedback to SharePoint feedback community, this is the specific platform to let the developers know which features are important to you, help improve the product and make it better for you and others. Thanks for your understanding.

At the same time, we also wish to try best to help you. We searched a lot for this requirement and found other users shared a workaround.

If you are willing, you may create 3 libraries/lists with same content for different users. Then modify the default view for each library/list to show different columns for different users. Then set unique permission for each library, share each library to specific user.

For the 3 libraries/lists, you can use Power Automate flow to link them together so that we you update item in the primary list, the second list and third list will get the same update.

Here is a similar thread for reference: Update a secondary SharePoint list using Flow - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

If you want to learn more about flow or need further help about creating flow, considering we have a dedicated channel Power Automate Community where members and engineers are proficient in the knowledge of flow, to make sure you get professional assistance, we recommend you go to the community and post a new question, they will also focus on your specific situation and provide specific suggestions.

In addition, if our understanding of the question is different from yours, feel free to post back and point it out. We will continue trying best to help you.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Hope you are keeping safe and well!

Best Regards,

Tina
