There's not bluetooth support service. Also, if I go to bluetooth properties, there's just written 'General'.

    Hi danilodeugenio,

    I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    Please try the solutions below.

    1. Install the latest Windows updates.
    2. Update or Rollback the Bluetooth driver in the Device Manager.

    Open Device Manager >> click Bluetooth >> right- click your Bluetooth driver >> click Update Driver.

    If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Bluetooth driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

    1. Uninstall the currently installed Bluetooth driver then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's website.
    2. Run Windows troubleshooter.

    Open Settings >> Update and Security >. Troubleshoot >> click Bluetooth >> click Run the troubleshooter.

    1. Use System Restore to restore your Windows to the point before the issue persists.

    Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > System Protection > System Restore then follow screen instructions.

    I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi,

    thanks for the help :)

    1. It's all up to date;
    2. I can't because, as I said before, "if I go to bluetooth properties, there's just written 'General'", see the attached. I'm sorry the image is in italian;
    3. I did it before, maybe this is another reason for these problems.
    4. It doesn't find anything, see the attached;
    5. I get an error, see the attached.![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/1627ada8-057e-4cf3-83cd-571cc29036d7?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/3b13732d-cecc-4a55-bac5-f7c628fbed32?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/3b13732d-cecc-4a55-bac5-f7c628fbed32?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/34547875-5e54-49b6-a58f-d2fb224279c7?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">

    HI,

    Sorry if it didn't help.

    I will recommend that you uninstall the Bluetooth driver again but reinstall an older/different driver version this time.

    I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
