What are these red blocks in Word file? How to remove them

Hello, I accidentally pasted with CTRL +V text from e book and nothing pasted, so I just did it again with paste only text. After some time I noticed red blocks and I can't find a solution to remove them. Now it is too late to press "undo". I get these blocks every time I scroll my mouse over that exact space. I tried the option of showing invisible text, didn't show anything. Photos below.

I was thinking more about the mouse: "I get these blocks every time I scroll my mouse over that exact space." Is not free to be used? As it was text that you pasted, try using the clear formatting tool:

It would also appear that some language other than English is applied to the text, judging from the number of words marked as misspelled!

Thank you very much! Selecting lines with the red cubes and clearing formatting showed hidden text. Just check how much text was hidden in these cubes! I would have gotten plagiarism if I didn't try to solve this... Thank you once again. Have a nice day!

Hi Julius, What happens when you close the document and open it again?
