All of Global Administrator blocked and we can not lodge a service request for assisting

Hi everyone,

We find out that all of our global admin users on office 365 were blocked and we cannot log in to our Office 365 tenant, we raise a ticket from another Office 365 tenant however the Microsoft Officer didn't assist and insisted that you have to lodge a ticket from the same tenant which is impossible.

He provide us following number to call however the number was not the correct number:

For O365 Business Accounts: If you need any further help, you can call the Microsoft Office 365 Data Protection team at 866-807-5850.

Would you please someone help us with how we can retrieve/reset our password and access to our tenant?

    We are going to sue them. that is not acceptable for a paid subscription, still we don't have access to our emails.

    Similar here. After 2 calls/transfers I was given a ticket number and told to wait for a call back.

    The MFA ONLY accepts MS Authenticator - if the MS is unavailable, it will ask you to enter a code
    from the MS authenticator or use the MS Authenticator... Brilliant.

    sorry to hear that.

    the interesting thing is all of our Global Admin Users are blocked at the same time. this is so ridiculous in terms of attacks or other hacking situations, we do not have any control over our tenants and hackers can steal all of our data and we have to wait for Microsoft to get an answer.

    This is why the cloud services are not reliable and stable in case of a dangerous situation, we are running a financial institute and we don't know what is going on with our tenant.

    Microsoft claiming always about the security but interestingly I have still one session on one of my laptops and I can send/receive with that particular session while the account is blocked! This is the security and safety that Microsoft claiming and promoting!

    A blocked email address can send/receive the emails during a blocked time frame on an old session!

    I wish I could tag the head of security at Microsoft to this email/communication to show them how buggy is their cloud platform!

    I made a decision to move away from Microsoft for Mail systems, still, open sources are better with no cost.

    Thanks for your message.

    That's exactly the same procedure I have done. but it didn't work and they are referring us to work with another partner to submit a ticket on behalf of us with Microsoft.

    Still, a couple of businesses cannot operate and we are still waiting to find out more from their partner.

    The interesting thing is we are a Microsoft Partner as well. :(

    MS support staff tend to be very low skill level, inflexible.

    Here are some more contact numbers you can try. Call the technical support number. Again, explain your problem. They will ask for some information to confirm that you really do represent the company as an administrator (sorry, they won't tell us what those questions are).

    The numbers listed here are for both Billing and Technical support. You will have to provide confirmation that you are authorized to represent the company. Normally, they would send a confirmation email to the registered admin account. If you don’t have access to that account they will ask for other confirmation information.

    On the page, there are 4 numbers for specific English speaking countries. For other countries there is a drop down list you can pick from. The drop down links to individual pages with phone number and hours of support.

    Others with similar problems have confirmed that they were eventually able to get help using these co.ntacts.
