Campus Email

Hi All,

I have a campus email. I have not received an email in 2 weeks(very frustrating). I can receive emails from myself and if I use the longer email address (@campusie.onmicrosoft.com). I see from previous treads this happened to a few people in September 2021. I am wondering was there anything I can do to resolve this or is there any way to get my missed emails? And finally Is there anyway to redirect my email to the longer (more awkward) campus address.

    When you use a Microsoft 365 tenant for a school, the school has control. You should speak to the subscription administrators at the sxchool.
