Hi EAGLE_580,

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. To better help you, please provide me more detailed information below.

  1. Did it occur suddenly and when this occurred ?
  2. If you use outlook client to send the email, please be kindly to use outlook on the web to check if you will meet the same problem.
  3. Are you sending emails to an organizational email account? This is because DMARC is an advanced method of email authentication, which is commonly used by organizational domains such as schools, and businesses.
  4. Were you able to send emails to other external recipients, especially to other domains such as Outlook.com/Hotmail.com, Yahoo? Or does the issue happen to all email accounts that you are trying to send emails to? This is because we can consider saying that it may also have something to do with the contents of the email.

We’d love to hear any results from you soon and provide you appropriate recommendations if needed. We look forward to your response.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

Best Regards,

Katherine

    I seem to have developed the same problem - responding to messages with gmail addresses in the respondees - and these bounce back. It has only just started to happen. I do not understand the explanations given - and simply want to know why this has just started. ALL of the recipients have had messages from me in the past.

    This may help other 'non techy' people. Spoke with our 'computer angels'. Problem seems to be age of our 'domain' - which was a small provider, bought up by others over time although we still kept our email address. Gmail is now reading this as spam and blocking it - every time. We will now change our email address. A pain - but, apparently, will resolve the issue ...

    missing Sender Policy Framework.

    You need to add to dns for your email domain SPF record.

    v=spf1 ip4:IP_OF_YOUR_DOMAIN -all

    My work email started having this issue this week, from every single issue

    We use go daddy but then have @rocksports.net for all our emails

    How do I fix this? Nothing goes to any gmail accounts and its becoming a serious issue not communicating with our customers
