onedrive recycle bin reserve times

I go through the post carefully, after a item is deleted from its OneDrive Original location, if you are using OneDrive personal that login in with microsoft account you created by yourself, items in the recycle bin are automatically deleted 30 days after they're put there.

If you're signed in with a work or school account that is assigned by your organization, it will remains in Recycle bin(including First and second stage recycle bin) for total 93 days by default. If you delete a items from first stage recycle bin with 93 days, it will be moved to second stage recycle bin and stay for the remainder of the 93 days.
