When will be the deleted outlook.com account be available to add again?

I have deleted an outlook.com account last year (xxxx@harsh.com .com) .Now I wanted to link that account with another outlook.com (******@outllook.com) account I have. But when I try to add ,I get the message the account already exists (xxxx@harsh.com .com) , but that ID doesn't exists now.

When will I be able to add the one year back deleted account?

    Probably never.

    Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
