Microsoft Lists - Duplicate tasks or set recurring tasks

Hello,

We've been using Microsoft Lists as our content planner but we can't seem to be able to duplicate tasks or create recurrences for tasks that we want to add multiples times.

Anybody know how?

Thanks!

Larek

    Hello Larek,

AFAIK, there is no default option to copy the item as a duplicate item in the Microsoft Lists or SharePoint Online List. However, you can do it via the following steps:

Open the Microsoft List> Edit in Grid View> Copy the complete item> Add New item> Ctrl + V in the new item> Exit Grid View

Regarding Recurring items, I believe it should be possible by custom Power Automate flow, so I request you post your requirement in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community to get more detailed information from the experts.

    Best Regards,

    Chitrahaas
