ERROR 5.7.708 Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP

I've been using a CRM HubSpot (HS) to send emails very successfully when all of a sudden emails started bounding. HS tech has attempted to assist in resolving this issue but it seems that the issue is with Microsoft.

HS tech wrote "This error occurs when sending email from known, low reputation IP addresses that are typically used by new customers." After researching some more, it looks like in the past the issue has been that Microsoft has placed a restriction on the account that ends up preventing them from sending emails, through their mailbox, using a third-party integration. From Microsoft's documentation, the recommended next step to contact Microsoft support to lift this restriction. When reaching out to Microsoft, I'd provide them with this portion of information (including the Message-ID) from the email headers you collected."

This is confusing since my emails are individuals with whom I have regular contact.

Please advise how to resolve this. It is creating issues with my business.

    Hi,

We are getting the same issue with our CRM system (Accountancy Manager) when sending email via their Outlook online integration using our MS 365 accounts. Sending email directly via outlook works fine, but we get

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653 AS(8561) [LO2P123MB5790.GBRP123.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]'

    when sending via the integration.

    Cheers
