There is no Update Option under File > Account in MS Office 365

I have two identical laptops that have Office 365 installed . . .one has an Update option under File > Account and the other one doesn't . . .I have my Windows Updated configured to update my Microsoft Products . . .all updates are applied, but the version of the Office products do not match each other . . the one with the Update option is a bit newer version. . . any ideas?

    I don't have a File > More option. . .just File > Account

    I've attached the screenshots of the two laptops . . .if I've marked over any info you need, let me know . . .

    The first three images are from the laptop with the Update option . . .the last two do not have the Update Option

    Thanks so much for the idea . . . hadn't considered that since they were installed at the same time from identical downloads. . . and the hardware and OS are identical, but, it makes sense to do it again. . . thanks again for your response. . .

    Office 365 updates internally, it is not part of any Win Update process

    On each laptop in any office component > File > More > Account; what is shown for product info? and in About what Version/Build/Channel?
