I have this issue myself. I have a personal Microsoft account, and one I use for work. Forms on my personal account have no issue, however the work account I use seems to be having problems. Pretty much all forms affected - random timestamps missing. No pattern, all different responses from the form and all within company scope (so no-one uses the forms outside of the company).

This is causing me a headache as for some of the work I do I need the timestamps. This problem doesn't really seem to be getting acknowledged but seems to be quite widespread. The timestamps must be stored, because if you view the form results it gives a duration - it couldn't know that without the timestamps surely?

Our forms generate another workbook based off the results - both the original Excel with the form and the generated one are behaving in the same way.

Any other ideas on this? I have also advised a line manager to look at the Office365 admin and see if any issues but we are not aware of any up to now.

And my issues started on/after the 27th January also. Any input would be appreciated.

Same issue noticed today, seems to have started on 27th Jan and is intermittent, as some form entries have the timestamp and some don't.

    Hi MOHAMMED SALAMAH_257,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, when you check the results of one form in Excel, some timestamps are missing. I have tested on my side, and I can’t reproduce the same issue. To troubleshoot it, I would like to collect more information.

    1. May I know whether the issue exists in a specific form or also in other forms? Please create a new form to test.
    2. For those records that are missing timestamps, have anything in common, like all respondents are external users?
    3. Please change to another browser or use the private windows of the browser to check the results again.
    4. Do your colleagues have the same issue in their forms? If so, I would like to suggest you contact your admin/IT department, let them go to Microsoft 365 admin center, Health> Service health, check whether there is a related incident in your organization. If so, please wait for the repair. If not, please come back and let us know.

    Regards,

    George
