A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
I have this issue myself. I have a personal Microsoft account, and one I use for work. Forms on my personal account have no issue, however the work account I use seems to be having problems. Pretty much all forms affected - random timestamps missing. No pattern, all different responses from the form and all within company scope (so no-one uses the forms outside of the company).
This is causing me a headache as for some of the work I do I need the timestamps. This problem doesn't really seem to be getting acknowledged but seems to be quite widespread. The timestamps must be stored, because if you view the form results it gives a duration - it couldn't know that without the timestamps surely?
Our forms generate another workbook based off the results - both the original Excel with the form and the generated one are behaving in the same way.
Any other ideas on this? I have also advised a line manager to look at the Office365 admin and see if any issues but we are not aware of any up to now.
And my issues started on/after the 27th January also. Any input would be appreciated.
