Word Merged Cells Across Page Breaks with Repeat Header Row

Hello,

I'm making a document with a long table and many different rows of data. I'm using cells merged across different pages, and using the "Keep with next" box, but that doesn't allow me to have the header repeat itself. If I don't have the "Keep with next" box checked, then the header repeats itself

Current:

Title Data
Category 1 Data 1
Data 2
Category 2 Data 1
Data 2
Data 3

===Page Break===

Category 3 Data 1
Data 2
Data 3

What I expect:

Title Data
Category 1 Data 1
Data 2
Category 2 Data 1
Data 2
Data 3

===Page Break===

Title Data
Category 3 Data 1
Data 2
Data 3

Is there a way to fix this?

Here is a temporary link to a sample document. https://www.dropbox.com/s/30mzf1e3919r9i6/deleteme%20table.docx?dl=0

I think it does what you want.

The entire table is set with the row property to not let rows break across pages.

Here is my chapter on Tables.

[EDIT: The Keep Lines Together formatting has no effect if the rows are allowed to break across pages so is really not needed since they are not allowed to break across pages. (See Suzanne Barnhill's remark following.)

END EDIT]

    Note that "Keep lines together" has no effect in table cells when rows are allowed to break.

    Thank you Suzanne.
