Creating an assessment form in Excel

Hi,

I have a workbook (Application) that has a spreadsheet in it, with 40 tabs. Each of these tables needs to be assessed for correct information.

I was going to create a sheet(Assess) in another workbook that could be copied to the Application workbook so the data from the 30 tabs could be inserted into the Assess sheet, so whomever has to review the information could simply and quickly review it.

Is this possible?

And if so, how would I go about doing it?

My initial idea was to import the data into the Assess sheet so each tab became a rows and each question filled a column. Then the assessment questions would then be next to the application question (see below) and then the person reviewing would have a series of drop down options (so the data could be analysed later using the data validation).

Ideally there would be conditional formatting on the cells, so if the person doing the review found the data in Column A, Row C to be incorrect, then it woudl appear red, so once they finish reviewing all the information they could then decide if this was to progress or not.

                                                                                           Column A Column B

Row C (info from Tab 1 in Application Workbook) Application info (Is Column A right y/n)

Row D (info from Tab 2 in Application Workbook)

Thanks in advance. I'm quite sure it can be done, but my Excel skills are in the developmental phase!
