Taking payments via BOOKINGS

I use the Microsoft BOOKINGS app for customers to connect with me and I want to be able to integrate a payment system such as PayPal, Stripe or something else. How do I go about doing this? I know AUDACITY (Acuity Online Appointment Scheduling (acuityscheduling.com) has this option available and I'd prefer to stay within the Microsoft ecosystem rather than migrating to AUDACITY just so I can be paid in advance by my customers.

With so many businesses around the world restructuring, it's vitally important that the BOOKINGS app allow businesses the option to collect money in advance from their customers.

I understand the need for the payment integration in Microsoft bookings.

From my research, the online payments for Microsoft Bookings is retired.

At the moment, there is a feedback section for this feature to be added that, we have added some votes for our developer team to notice it. Here is the link. Need the payment link option in Bookings back · Community (microsoft.com) your vote will be helpful.

    Surely there is a payments ability?
    Not much use I'm thinking. It must be fairly straightforward to point a booking to PayPal or somewhere?

    I might rethink using this now.

    I've given feedback to Microsoft. That's really sad that they stopped supporting their business customers in this way. :(

    It would be great if there was the ability to embed a hyperlink in a custom field in BOOKINGS, as that would allow me take payments. I've given feedback to Microsoft. Is there anything else that can be done to have Microsoft add this functionality to the BOOKINGS app? The current custom fields are only for questions and there's no option to create a field where you can insert a hyperlink for a payment.
