A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Hello samuel S,
My name is Raymond, welcome to Microsoft Community. I am a Microsoft user just like you.
I hope you are doing well.
I understand you are inquiring about how to convert a word document to PDF and retain the link (clickable).
To convert the Word document into a PDF document.
Click "File" in the top left corner of your window, which prompts a drop-down menu to open. From that menu, hit the "Save as" option. Create a name for your file by typing it into the box that says "File name." Select a file name that is easy to understand so that you can find it in the future.
Below the "File name" box, there is a box that says "Save as type." Clicking on this box brings up a menu of conversion options. Select the option that says "PDF." Then, select the "Save" button in the top left corner. Once you hit save, the document saves as a PDF with accessible hyperlinks.
