Hi,

If I have started a formula; eg;

                                      =FILTER(LanguageT[#All]

and need to get back to the top of the sheet using the keyboard what's the best way without affecting the formula?

    Hi RichardDrake,

I’m Jung and I’d be happy to help you out with your question.

You may try to Move to the beginning of a worksheet by pressing Ctrl+Home key on the keyboard at the same time.

    Hi RichardDrake1505,

You may try these following shortcuts:

    1. Ctrl+Home brings you to cell A1 of the active sheet. If you have Freeze Panes activated, Ctrl+Home brings you to the top left cell of the bottom right pane, below and to the right of the split.
    2. Use GoTo, using the F5 shortcut key or Ctrl+G, then enter A1 in the reference box and click Enter, as another person has answered.
    3. Use Ctrl+ArrowKey, or click the End button then an ArrowKey, to move to the last cell in that direction, within the block of data containing the active cell, as another person has answered. This is often more useful than just getting back to A1.
    4. Click in the Name Box (above the top left visible cell, to the left of the formula bar), type A1, and click Enter.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Best regards,
    Jung

    Hi Richard,

Just so if you have some blank cells in the column you're working with, kindly keep holding the CTRL + SHIFT portion, and tap the up arrow.

Also, If you have a lot of blanks and know you want to head straight to the top* of the worksheet, press CTRL + SHIFT + HOME (this will take you to A1*), then while holding SHIFT, use your arrow key to move the selection back to the single-column you started from. This should work now.

I hope this information helps you. If you have any questions, please do let me know and I'll be more than happy to assist you further with this.

    Best Regards,

    Michelle

That take you back to A1, which then overrides the original input.

    Richard.
