Subscription called "Pro (1 year) found in my account but no clue what it is for or how it was started

I found a subscription in account.microsoft.com called "Pro (1 year)" and have no idea what it is or why I have it.

I tried to contact support. They sent me to a phone number. An automated assistant told me, for every option I chose, that "support has moved online, to help.microsoft.com". There, I could not find the answer to my question but I could find the phone number to call support for more help...!

The subscription is for $58.99 and I've paid a few years of it without knowing. I'm not receiving any benefit from it - that I know of! Partly I'd love to get a refund, and partly I'd just like to know what this elusive "Pro" is!

thanks for any help! - Jon

    Hi Jon,

I had the same experience today as you: in my account there suddenly was an announcement of "PRO (1 year)". And I was charged for € 24,99. It took me some time, but I found out that it was the subscription of the app Drawboard PDF (Pro version). It is quite confusing that only "PRO" is mentioned in the subscription part of my account.

I suppose that something similar is possibly occuring at your account also: perhaps you have subscripted for the PRO version of another app.

    Good luck and regards,

    Jan

Thanks for the post! I love Drawboard, but it would be really helpful if a description of the subscription was available.
