Sending the text of a Word document as an email NOT as an attachment.

Where is the Send to Email Recipient button in Windows 11? it is no longer in Commands Not in the Ribbon. Has MS deleted it? Cutting and pasting often destroys the formatting.

    Go to File>Options>Quick Access Toolbar and from either the All Commands, or Commands Not in the Ribbon category, locate the "Mail Recipient (Send to Mail Recipient) item and click on the Add>> button to add that command to the Quick Access Toolbar.

    As Ii pointed out in my original question, this command in not available in my Office 365. The choices go Image

    If you are on Windows Office 365, it should be available.

    Are you perhaps in Outlook or another application? Mailbox Cleanup is not a Word command.

    This command is after Mail Merge.

    Within the doc > FiIe > Share but it will be sent as an attachment, to send in the body you use RTF format for the msg
