Highlight the character you want to change (click in the cell and highlight the 2) Click on the Font Expander (or you can push CTRL 1 for the shortcut) Choose the Superscript option and click OK.

What I am trying to achieve is this -

eg: When formatting cell to show for example currency, you choose the currency and then the cell automatically adds the $ sign to the numerals they are typed automatically.

I'm trying to achieve this in a spread sheet with m², when I type in a figure say 500, the m² will automatically be added to the figure I have typed in, 500 m²

How do I do this in format cells? Is it possible?
